50%葡萄糖混合液内痔注射加外剥内扎在混合痔患者中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Effect and Quality of Life of 50% Glucose Mixed Solution Intrahemorrhoid Injection Plus External Stripping and Internal Ligation in Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨50%葡萄糖混合液内痔注射加外剥内扎在混合痔患者中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年3月本院收治的80例混合痔患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组应用50%葡萄糖混合液内痔注射治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗情况、肛管直肠测压结果和生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(X^2=4.114,P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间、恢复工作时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肛管直肠测压结果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组情绪职能、社会职能、角色职能、认知职能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对混合痔患者使用50%葡萄糖混合液内痔注射加外剥内扎方法进行治疗,不仅治疗效果理想,而且改善了患者的生活质量,因此临床上应进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of 50%Glucose mixed solution intrahemorrhoid injection plus external stripping and internal ligation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids and its effect on quality of life.Method:A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intrahemorrhoid injection with 50%Glucose Mixture,while study group was treated by external stripping and internal ligation on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,treatment condition,anorectal manometry results and quality of life between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 95.0%in study group,which was higher than 80.0%of control group(X^2=4.114,P<0.05).The wound healing time,recovery time and hospitalization days in study group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The anorectal manometry results in study group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional function,social function,role function and cognitive function in study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with 50%Glucose Mixed Solution intrahemorrhoid injection plus external stripping and internal ligation not only has ideal therapeutic effect,but also improves the quality of life of patients,so it should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
