摘要
目的:探讨奥曲肽联合前列腺素E1对重症胰腺炎患儿的应用及小儿血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月本院收治的重症胰腺炎患儿96例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,每组各48例。对照组应用奥曲肽治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用前列腺素E1治疗。结果:研究组TNF-α、IL-6、CRP以及内毒素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组LDH、淀粉酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),ALB高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组TT、PT、APTT、D-二聚体以及FIB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组PLT高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、血小板黏附率以及血栓长度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在针对重症胰腺炎患儿的治疗过程当中,采用奥曲肽联合前列腺素E1治疗可以有效降低患儿炎症反应程度,改善患儿机体微循环状态,纠正血液高凝,提高机体免疫力,促进患儿康复,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Octreotide combined with Prostaglandin E1 on the application and hemodynamics of children with severe pancreatitis.Method:96 children with severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Octriotide,the study group was treated with Prostaglandin E1 on the basis of the control group.Result:The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and endotoxin in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the lovel of IL-10 higher than that in control group(P<0.05).LDH and amylase levels in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the ALB levels in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TT,PT,APTT,D-Dimer and FIB in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),PLT levels in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Lasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,platelet adhesion rate and thrombus length of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of children with severe pancreatitis,Octreotide combined with Prostagnatin E1 can effectively reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction of patients,improve the microcirculation status of patients,correct hypercoagulation of blood,improve the immune system,and promote the recovery of children,which should be further popularized and applied clinically.
