摘要
目的:研究维生素B1及维生素B2运用于功能性子宫出血中的价值。方法:选择本院2016年4月-2018年5月114例功能性子宫出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各57例。研究组采取维生素B1及维生素B2治疗,对照组采取常规治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.49%明显高于对照组的82.46%(P<0.05);治疗前两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组FSH、LH、P及E2水平均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组FSH、LH、P及E2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的控制出血时间及完全止血时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(5.26%)与对照组(8.77%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维生素B1、B2运用于功能性子宫出血中效果明显,可改善性激素水平,缩短出血时间,减少不良反应产生,安全性高,为预后提供保障。
Objective:To study the value of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in functional uterine bleeding.Method:114 patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.The study group was treated with vitamin B1 and vitamin B2,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.49% was significantly higher than 82.46% of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,The levels of FSH,LH,P and E2 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of FSH,LH,P and E2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The control bleeding time and complete hemostasis time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(5.26%)and the control group(8.77%)showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin B1 and B2 have obvious effects in functional uterine bleeding.It can improve the level of sex hormones,shorten the bleeding time,reduce adverse reactions.It has high safety and can provide a guarantee for the prognosis.
