布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Budesonide Nasal Spray Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探索布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及安全性.方法:选取2016年3月-2017年3月深圳市龙岗区耳鼻咽喉医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊接诊的160例变应性鼻炎患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分成对照组与观察组,各80例.对照组患者予以布地奈德鼻喷雾剂喷鼻治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合地氯雷他定治疗.比较两组患者的临床效果及安全性.结果:治疗4周后,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,两组患者鼻部症状VAS评分与治疗前比较均有明显改善,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,观察组的RQLQ评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者相关临床症状,明显提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Budesonide Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:160 patients with allergic rhinitis received by the otolaryngology department of the otolaryngology department of Longgang District Otolaryngology Hospital of Shenzhen from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,80 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray,the observation group was treated with Desloratadine on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS scores of nasal symptoms in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Budesonide Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is definite,which can effectively improve the related clinical symptoms of patients,significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and has a high safety.
