摘要
目的:制备稳定性良好、生产可重现的维生素C缓释微丸,并通过紫外分光光度法考察其体外释放影响因素。方法:通过湿法制粒方法制备维生素C高载药量母核,粉末层积法制备维生素C微丸,并在制备过程中通过流化干燥方式控制维生素C微丸水分,保证维生素C缓释微丸稳定性。微丸基础上缓释包衣,制备维生素C缓释微丸,通过紫外分光光度法考察其体外释放。结果:高载药维生素C微丸制备方法生产重现性好,该缓释微丸,2h释放30%,6h释放60%,12h释放大于90%。结论:该方法制备的维生素C缓释微丸载药量高,稳定性好,且能够达到12h释放的目的。
Objective: To prepare stabilized -release Vitamin C pellets and to observe the impact factors on the vitro-release by UV methods.Methods: High-loaded Vitamin C pellet cores were prepared by wet granulation method, Vitamin C pellets were prepared by powder layering method. The percentage of contented water was controlled by fluid bed dryer during the preparing process.The pellets were sustained-coated. And the certain preparation process was screeded by stability and releasing degrees.The vitro-release was observed by UV methods. Results: The preparation method of high drug-loaded Vitamin C pellets were discussed successfully. The release amount of sustained-release Vitamin C pellets were 30% at 2 h, 60% at 6 h and more than 90% at 12 h. Conclusion: Vitamin C pellet prepared by this method has the characteristics of high drug-loaded and good stability which release is up to 12 h.
