保温护理对全麻手术患者术中应激及术后苏醒的影响

Influence of heat preservation nursing on intraoperative stress and postoperative recovery in patients undergoing general anesthesia

目的:探讨保温护理在全麻手术中的临床效果。方法:选择2017年5月至2018年5月在我院接受全麻手术的60例患者为研究对象,采用双盲法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例;对照组实施常规手术护理,观察组在此基础上联合保温护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果:观察组气管拔管时间、清醒时间、麻醉恢复室滞留时间以及寒战、躁动发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术中低体温发生率为3.33%(1/30),显著低于对照组的13.33%(4/30)(P<0.05);观察组患者手术结束时血浆肾上腺素(AD)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对全麻手术患者实施保温护理,可有效缓解术中应激反应并加快患者术后苏醒。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of heat preservation nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods: A total of 60 patients who received general anesthesia in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by double blind method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical nursing, while the observation group received heat preservation nursing on this basis. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The time of tracheal extubation, waking time, the retention time of the anesthesia recovery room and the incidence of chills and agitation in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30), and lower than that in the control group[13.33%(4/30)](P<0.05). Plasma adrenaline (AD), noradrenaline (NE) and C reactive protein (CRP) at the end of the operation in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The heat preservation nursing for patients undergoing general anesthesia can effectively relieve stress reaction and accelerate postoperative recovery.
