摘要
全身麻醉是由多种全麻药引起的暂时性无意识、遗忘、痛觉缺失、肌肉松弛等状态,是围术期医学重要组成部分。全身麻醉对脑发育产生影响,可导致神经器质性及功能性永久损害。本文针对全身麻醉在脑发育中潜在毒性作用的研究现状及可能机制作一综述。
General anesthesia is a drug-induced temporary state with unconsciousness, amnesia, analgesia and neuromuscular blockade, which is an important part of perioperative medicine. General anesthesia can adversely influence the brain development and even lead to permanent damage to the organic and functional nerves. This paper reviews the potential neurotoxicity of general anesthesia on brain development and its mechanisms.
