贺氏三通法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating facial spasm by the He’s Santong acupuncture

目的:观察贺氏三通法在面肌痉挛(Hemifacical Spasm,HFS)中的治疗作用。方法:将60例面肌痉挛患者随机分为三通组30例和对照组30例。三通组采用贺氏三通法微通法、温通法、强通法相结合,对照组采用一般常规针刺。分别于治疗前后应用面肌痉挛程度(Albert分级)评定及临床疗效进行评定。结果:两组治疗后面肌痉挛程度(Albert分级)评定及临床疗效评定均较治疗前均有不同程度改善,且三通组的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:贺氏三通法在面肌痉挛的治疗中有很好的临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the effect of He’s Santong acupuncture (贺氏三通法) on facial spasm. Methods: 60 cases of facial spasm were enrolled and randomly divided into two group. The santong group were treated by He’s Santong acupuncture. The control group were treated by routine acupuncture. The degrees of improvement in facial spasm(Albert grading) and the effects were assessed before and after treatment. Results: The facial spasm grade and the clinical effect were improved in groups after treatment;the therapeutic effect was significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: He’s Santong acupuncture on facial spasm shows a better effect.
