通窍明目汤治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床有效率分析

Clinical efficacy of the Tongqiao Mingmu decoction on POAG

目的:研究通窍明目汤治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床有效率。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的原发性开角型青光眼患者74例,根据患者在治疗时所使用药物的不同,将患者分为两组,常规组患者接受常规药物治疗,对照组患者接受通窍明目汤治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者和对照组患者的P100潜伏期、P100波振幅对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组患者的平均光敏度为(18.04±1.80)db、平均缺损范围为(14.03±1.40)db,与对照组对比,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.30%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为75.68%,两组数据对比,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:原发性开角型青光眼患者接受通窍明目汤治疗,可以有效改善病情,提升视觉功能,值得推广应用。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of the Tongqiao Mingmu decoction (通窍明目汤) on primary open angle glaucoma. Methods: 74 patients were divided into two groups. The patients in the routine group received conventional medicine. The control group accepted the Tongqiao Mingmu decoction. Results: There was no significant difference in P100 latency and P100 wave amplitude between two groups after treatment(P>0.05). The average sensitivity was(18.04±1.80) db, The range was(14.03±1.40)db in the observation group, P<0.05. The total efficiency was 97.30% in the treatment group, and 75.68% in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: The Tongqiao Mingmu decoction on primary open angle glaucoma was effective, by improving the conditions and visual function, is worthy of popularization and application.
