加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on DPN

目的:探讨加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:根据随机数字表法将2017年1月-2018年2月收治的90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分成两组。对照组给予基础糖尿病疗法治疗,观察组则给予基础糖尿病疗法联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗。比较两组糖尿病周围神经病变治疗转归效果;症状好转时间、住院总时间;治疗前后患者神经传导速度以及血液流变学;用药安全特点。结果:观察组糖尿病周围神经病变治疗转归效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组症状好转时间、住院总时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组神经传导速度以及血液流变学并无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后观察组神经传导速度以及血液流变学优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组用药安全特点和对照组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:基础糖尿病疗法联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,可有效改善神经传导速度以及血液流变学,用药安全,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction (黄芪桂枝五物汤) on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: According to the random number table method, 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January 2017 to February 18, 2017 were divided into two groups. The control group was given basic diabetes therapy, and the observation group was given the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction more. Results: Efficacy was better in the observation group, P<0.05. The improvement time of symptoms and the total hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05. After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology in the observation group were better than the control group,P<0.05. There was no significant difference in the safety characteristics beteween the observation group and the control group, P>0.05.Conclusion: The basic diabetes therapy with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is effective on diabetic peripheral neuropathy, can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology, is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
