益气活血软坚解毒法与艾灸关元在肝癌治疗中的应用

Application of the Yiqi Huoxue Ruanjian Jiedu therapy plus moxibustion on liver cancer

目的:分析益气活血软坚解毒法与艾灸关元联合治疗肝癌的应用价值。方法:纳入我院在2016年8月-2018年8月收治的48例肝癌患者,将其按照就诊顺序分成两组,对照组24例给予介入化疗治疗,在此基础上研究组24例给予益气活血软坚解毒法+艾灸关元治疗,评估疗效。结果:治疗后研究组的谷丙转氨酶(Alanine Transaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate Aminotransferase,AST)以及总胆红素(Total Bilirubin,TBIL)指标改善情况优于对照组,其CD4+、CD3+、NK细胞以及CD4+/CD8+等水平比治疗前及对照组均明显升高(P<0.05)。研究组的提升率与稳定率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血软坚解毒法与艾灸关元治疗肝癌疗效显著,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。

Objective: To analyze efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue Ruanjian Jiedu therapy(益气活血软坚解毒法) and moxibustion on Guanyuan(关元) on liver cancer. Methods: 48 patients were divided into two groups. 24 patients in the control group were treated by interventional chemotherapy. 24 patients in the study group were given the Yiqi Huoxue Ruanjian Jiedu therapy and moxibustion on Guanyuan more. Results: Alanine transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the study group were better in the control group. The CD4+, CD3+, NK cells and CD4+/CD8+ levels were better than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05). The improvement rate and stability rate in the study group were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yiqi Huoxue Ruanjian Jiedu therapy and moxibustion on Guanyuan on liver cancer was effective, and is worthy of clinical reference and popularization.
