耳穴贴压联合揉按足三里治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical observation on treating functional dyspepsia by uricular acupoint pressure plus knead with the Zusanli points

目的:观察耳穴贴压联合揉按足三里治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将符合功能性消化不良诊断标准的60例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行耳穴贴压联合揉按足三里治疗。观察患者治疗前后的胃功能症状积分值的变化并给予评价。结果:临床症状评分及中医症状评分比较:两组患者治疗前临床症状评分及中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组临床症状评分及中医症状评分下降程度显著优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);疗效比较:观察组总有效率为97.1%(34/35),显著高于对照组的57.1%(20/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用耳穴贴压联合揉按足三里对功能性消化不良患者症状改善有明显疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing with knead with Zusanli(足三里) on functional dyspepsia. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group was treated by auricular acupoint pressing plus knead with Zusanli. Results: The clinical symptom score and TCM symptom score in the observation group were better(P<0.05). The total efficiency in the observation group was 97.1%(34/35), was significantly higher than 57.1%(20/35) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Auricular acupoint pressing plus knead with Zusanli was effective on functional dyspepsia.
