黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病的疗效及对血糖水平影响研究

Efficacy of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction plus western medicine on type 2 diabetes of the Yinxu Resheng type and glucose

目的:探讨黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病的疗效,并分析对患者血糖水平的影响。方法:选取120例2型糖尿病患者,采取1∶1随机分配为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例),对照组给予患者阿卡波糖片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合黄连解毒汤治疗。比较12周两组的临床疗效,观察血糖指标变化。结果:12周后,治疗组患者的空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated Hemoglobin,Hb Alc)水平有所改善且显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应如腹泻、皮疹等发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病获得显著疗效,且能够控制血糖水平,安全性好,应用价值较高。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction(黄连解毒汤) plus western medicine on type 2 diabetes of the Yinxu Resheng type(阴虚热盛证) and glucose. Methods: 120 cases were divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each. The control group was given acarbose tablets;and the treatment group was given the Huanglian Jiedu decoction more, for 12 weeks. Results: After 12 weeks, glucose, 2 h PG and Hb Alc levels in the treatment group were improved, and significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Huanglian Jiedu decoction plus western medicine on type 2 diabetes of the Yinxu Resheng type showed a good effect, can control glucose, and is safe.
