温肾通痹汤联合温针灸对90例类风湿关节炎患者生活质量干预的临床研究

A clinical study on improving the quality of life in patients with RA with the Wenshen Tongbi decoction plus warm-acupuncture

类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病、具有高致残性,不仅给患者造成了身体上的影响,更造成了严重的心理创伤,本研究采用开放式研究模式,运用SF-36量表、关节疼痛数、肿胀数、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein, CRP)等疗效标准全面客观评价温肾通痹汤联合温针灸对类风湿关节炎患者治疗前后生活质量的影响,研究发现,温肾通痹汤联合温针灸对改善类风湿关节炎患者关节功能和生活质量具有显著疗效。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a kind of autoimmune and highly disabling disease, which not only causes physical trauma to the patient, but also causes serious psychological trauma. This study adopts an open research model. The effects of the Wenshen Tongbi decoction(温肾通痹汤) and warm acupuncture on the quality of life before and after treatment were evaluated, by using the SF-36 scale, joint pain number, swelling number, VAS score, CRP and other therapeutic criteria, The study found that the Wenshen Tongbi decoction with warm acupuncture was effective on joint function and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
