养血固肾汤在骨折早期愈合中的作用及对VEGF、NOS和ALP表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨养血固肾汤在骨折早期愈合中的作用。方法:选择2017年5月-2018年9月期间本院收治的90例骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),对照组给予常规保守治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予养血固肾汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液流变学指标、疼痛和肿胀程度、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)、一氧化氮合酶(Nitric Oxide Synthase,NOS)及碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline Phosphatase,ALP)水平。结果:观察组总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的84.44%(χ^2=4.939,P=0.026)。观察组的红细胞聚集指数、血浆粘度、全血高、低切粘度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛程度评分和肿胀程度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血清VEGF、NOS和ALP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血固肾汤对骨折早期愈合患者均有较好的临床疗效,可改善血液流变学指标及疼痛和肿胀程度,升高VEGF、NOS和ALP表达,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of the Yangxue Gushen decoction(养血固肾汤) in the early healing of fractures. Methods: 90 patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases) and the observation group(45 cases). The control group received routine conservative treatment. The observation group took the Yangxue Gushen decoction more. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was 97.78%, was significantly higher than 84.44% in the control group(χ^2=4.939, P=0.026). The red blood cell aggregation index, plasma viscosity, whole blood high cut and low cut viscosity in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05). The pain degree score and swelling degree in the observation group were smaller(P<0.05). The serum levels of VEGF, NOS and ALP in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yangxue Gushen decoction has good clinical effect on early fracture healing, which can improve blood rheology index, pain and swelling degree, and increase the expression of VEGF, NOS and ALP, and is worthy of clinical application.
