调脊通督针法联合三步六法推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度改善及JOA评分影响

Effects of the Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture plus three-step and six-step massage on pain and JOA in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施调脊通督针法联合三步六法推拿对疼痛程度改善及日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评分的影响。方法:选取我院2016年9月-2018年2月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者56例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组28例实施调脊通督针法辅助常规舒筋手法治疗,观察组28例在调脊通督针法基础上联合实施三步六法推拿,对治疗后患者疼痛程度改善及JOA评分进行评定比较。结果:治疗后两组患者疼痛情况均有不同程度改善,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者JOA各指标评分均显著升高(P<0.05),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施调脊通督针法联合三步六法推拿治疗疗效显著优于单一调脊通督针法治疗,在改善腰痛情况,提高JOA各指标评分方面效果显著。

Objective: To observe the effect of the Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture(调脊通督针法) plus three-step and six-step massage on pain and JOA score in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 56 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. The randomized digital table method was used for grouping, and 28 patients in the control group were treated by the Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture and conventional manipulation. 28 patients in the observation group were given the Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture plus the three-step and six-step massage. Results: After treatment, the pain in the two groups was improved to some extent. The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of JOA indexes were significantly increased(P<0.05). And that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Effects in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture plus three-step and six-step massage is significantly effective on lumbar disc herniation, by improving pain in low back and JOA.
