清热理血汤加减治疗急性盆腔炎的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究清热理血汤加减治疗急性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月期间我院妇科收治的80例急性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予清热理血汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症相关指标[白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、血沉(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率更高;与治疗前相比,两组中医证候积分、WBC、CRP及ESR水平均明显下降,且研究组下降更多,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用清热理血汤加减治疗急性盆腔炎疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状与炎症反应,安全性高,值得推广。 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of the Qingre Lixue decoction(清热理血汤) on acute pelvic inflammatory disease(APID). Methods: 80 APID patients were randomly divided into the research group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases). The control group was given routine western medicine;the research group was treated with the Qingre Lixue decoction more. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, inflammatory indexes(WBC, CRP, ESR), adverse reactions were compared between groups. Results: The total efficiency in the research group was higher than the control group. Compared with before treatment, the TCM symptom score, WBC, CRP, ESR in two groups were decreased;those in the research group were decreased more significantly(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Qingre Lixue decoction on APID is effective, can effectively improve clinical symptoms and inflammatory response, with high safety, and is worthy of promotion.
