血必净注射液对有机磷中毒患者凝血功能的影响

Efficacy of the Xuebijing injection on coagulation function in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的:探讨血必净注射液对有机磷中毒(Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning,OPP)患者凝血功能的影响。方法:将60例有机磷中毒患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予一般综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血必净注射液,静脉滴注,一日2次,连续7天。治疗7天后,统计两组患者的凝血指标,血小板(Blood Platelet,PLT)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fib)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time, APTT)变化,记录两组患者急性生理与慢性健康评分(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation,APACHEII)评分、深静脉血栓(Deep Vein Thrombosis,DVT)发生率、胆碱酯酶(Cholinesterase,Ch E)活性恢复时间、住重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)时间等指标。结果:与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组PLT、Fib、APACHEⅡ评分均明显降低,APTT明显延长,P<0.05。治疗组住ICU时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗组胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液对有机磷中毒患者凝血功能具有调节作用,可以减少DVT发生率、缩短胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间,减少住ICU时间,提高抢救成功率。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Xuebijing injection(血必净注射液) on coagulation function in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each. The control group was given comprehensive treatment;and the treatment group was treated with the Xuebijing injection more, for 7 days. Results: After treatment, the PLT, Fib and APACHE II scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and APTT was significantly prolonged, P<0.05. The ICU time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The recovery time of Ch E activity in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xuebijing injection on coagulation function in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning shows good effects, can reduce the incidence of DVT, shorten the recovery time of cholinesterase activity, reduce the time of ICU, and improve the success rate of rescue.
