丹地化瘀汤治疗哮喘急性发作患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dandi Huayu Decoction in treating acute attack of asthma

目的:探讨丹地化瘀汤治疗哮喘急性发作患者的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2016年5月-2017年6月收治的130例哮喘急性发作患者为研究样本,根据随机抽样法分为参照组和治疗组各65例,参照组采取哮喘急性发作常规治疗方案,治疗组在上述基础上增加丹地化瘀汤治疗,观察对比两组患者临床效果。结果:治疗组哮喘(5.30±0.70)d、气促(2.39±1.61)d、胸闷(2.41±1.59)d症状消失时间均短于参照组[哮喘(7.63±1.37)d、气促(6.36±1.64)d、胸闷(4.86±1.14)d],且FEV1(3.54±0.49)L、PEF(8.01±0.39)Lsec、FEV1/FVC(73.22±5.78)%均高于参照组[FEV1(2.59±0.41)L、PEF(5.59±0.41)Lsec、FEV1/FVC(61.48±4.52)%],IL-4(4.14±1.26)pg/mL、IgE(0.52±0.12)mg/L均低于参照组[IL-4(8.02±2.08)pg/mL、IgE(1.01±0.19)mg/L],IFN-γ(4.86±0.64)μg/L高于参照组(0.96±0.34)μg/L,P <0.05。结论:丹地化瘀汤能显著改善哮喘急性发作患者各项临床症状,纠正肺通气功能,提高免疫功能,减少并发症风险,值得临床应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Dandi Huayu Decoction(丹地化瘀汤)in treating acute attack of asthma.Methods: 130 cases of acute attack of asthma treated in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study samples.According to the random sampling method, 65 cases were included into the control group and 65 cases were included into the treatment group. The control group received the routine treatment plan of acute attack of asthma while the treatment group was combined with the treatment of Dandi Huayu Decoction(丹地化瘀汤)on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was observed and compared. Results: In the treatment group, symptoms disappearing time of asthma(5.30±0.70) d, short breath(2.39±1.61) d, chest tightness(2.41±1.59) d was shorter than that of the control group, asthma(7.63±1.37) d, short breath(6.36 ± 1.64)d, chest tightness(4.86±1.14) d. And FEV1(3.54±0.49) L, PEF(8.01±0.39) Lsec, FEV1/FVC(73.22 ± 5.78)% of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, FEV1(2.59±0.41) L, PEF(5.59±0.41) Lsec, FEV1/FVC(61.48±4.52)%. IL-4(4.14±1.26)pg/mL, IgE(0.52±0.12) mg/L of the treatment group were all lower those of the control group, IL-4(8.02±2.08) pg mL, IgE(1.01±0.19)mg/L, and IFN-γ(4.86 ± 0.64)μg/L of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(0.96±0.34)μg/L, P < 0.05.Conclusion: Dandi Huayu Decoction(丹地化瘀汤)can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of acute asthmatic patients, correct the pulmonary ventilation function, improve the immune function and reduce the risk of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
