中药封包治疗落枕的护理观察

Nursing observation of traditional Chinese medicine packet in treating stiff neck

目的:观察中药封包治疗落枕的护理疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的96例落枕患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各48例,对照组予以常规针刺治疗,治疗组予以中药封包治疗,均每天治疗1次,连续治疗3天。记录治疗前及每次治疗后患者临床疗效和VAS评分,并进行统计学方法。结果:治疗组每次治疗后疗效均优于对照组(P <0.01);治疗组接受治疗后VAS评分下降显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中药封包治疗落枕操作简单、经济方便、疗效可靠,患者易于接受,值得在临床护理上推广应用。

Objective: To observe the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet in the treatment of stiff neck. Method: A total of 96 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine packet, once a day, for 3 consecutive days. The clinical efficacy and VAS scores of patients before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results: The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).VAS scores in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine packet was of simple operation and economic convenience in the treatment of stiff neck, it had reliable curative effect and was easy for patients to accept, which was worth to be used in clinical nursing.
