Dachaihu Decoction(大柴胡汤) is originated from Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases. Its efficacy is to reconcile Shaoyang and internal diarrhea and fever, to use clinical syndrome differentiation, and to add or subtract flexibly according to the symptoms. It is a common prescription for the treatment of Shaoyang-Yangming syndromes. Pricking blood therapy is a method of treating diseases by puncturing acupoints or foci with different types of needles. It is widely used in clinic because of its simplicity, convenience, experimentation and convenience. This case confirms that Dachaihu Decoction(大柴胡汤) combined with pricking blood therapy is effective in treating dizziness after ischemic stroke.
