复方太子参止咳益气散佐治流感后肺炎120例临床观察

Clinical observation of Compound Taizishen and Zhike Yiqi Powder in treating 120 cases of pneumonia after influenza

目的:观察复方太子参止咳益气散佐治流感后肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2017年9月-2018年5月河北省儿童医院呼吸科住院的肺炎患儿120例,采用随机、对照、双盲法分为观察组和对照组各60例,以总体有效率、症状体征消失时间、出院3天后咳嗽情况为观察指标,评价复方太子参止咳益气散佐治流感后肺炎的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率86.7%,高于对照组的76.7%,差异具有显著性统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组症状体征消失时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后3天咳嗽发生率,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:复方太子参止咳益气散佐治流感后肺炎,能提高临床总体有效率,缩短症状体征改善时间及减少出院后咳嗽发生率。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Compound Taizishen and Zhike Yiqi Powder(复方太子参止咳益气散) in treating 120 cases of pneumonia after influenza. Methods: 120 cases of children with respiratory pneumonia treated in Hebei Provincial Children's Hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by using double-blind, randomized, controlled method, with 60 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy of Compound Taizishen and Zhike Yiqi Powder (复方太子参止咳益气散) for treating pneumonia after influenza was evaluated with the overall effective rate, disappearance time of symptoms and signs, and cough three days after discharge as the observation indexes. Results: The effective rate in the observation group was 86.7%, which was higher than that in the control group (76.7%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of cough three days after discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compound Taizishen and Zhike Yiqi Powder (复方太子参止咳益气散) can improve the overall clinical efficiency, shorten the relief time of symptoms and signs and reduce the incidence of cough after discharge in treating pneumonia after influenza.
