中医辨证分型与阿奇霉素联用治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical study of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的:探讨中医辨证分型与阿奇霉素联合应用治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:从2016~2017年诸多的院内治疗患儿选择108例符合要求的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,共分两组,即观察组54例和对照组54例。108例患儿均选用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用中医辨证分型进行治疗。结果:临床治疗总有效率观察组达到了96.30%,比对照组的74.04%更高,P <0.05;治疗后患儿的咳嗽、发热、肺啰音症状缓解时间,都要比对照组更短,P <0.05。结论:中医辨证分型联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,可提高疗效,缩短症状缓解时间。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods: 108 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who met the requirements were selected from a number of hospitals from 2016 to 2017. They were divided into two groups, namely the observation group(case number=54) and the control group(case number=54). All 108 children were treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was combined with TCM syndrome differentiation. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%, which was higher than 74.04% of the control group, P < 0.05. After treatment, the relief time of cough, fever and lung rale symptoms of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P < 0.05. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation combined with azithromycin could improve the curative effect and shorten the remission time of symptoms in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
