中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和型临床观察

Clinical observation of TCM and Western Medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with disharmony between liver and stomach

目的:探究中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和型效果。方法:选2016年1月-2017年5月在本院接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和型患者共计100人,将患者随机分为两组,其中一组患者采用常规西医治疗作为对比组,另外一组患者在此基础上增加中医治疗作为观察组。在经过1个疗程的治疗后对患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况进行统计。结果:对比组总体治疗有效率为62%;观察组总体治疗有效率为78%。对比组中出现不良反应5人,占总人数的10%;观察组患者中出现不良反应2人,占总人数的4%。结论:在两项主要临床试验考核指标上,观察组患者治疗效果明显好于对比组;观察组患者不良反应发生概率明显低于对比组。这说明中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和型的临床效果非常好,应该给予推广和临床使用。

Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis with disharmony between liver and stomach. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with disharmony between the liver and stomach treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment as the control group, another group of patients received traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of treatment of the control group was as the observation group. After a course of treatment, the treatment effect and adverse reactions of the patients were statistically analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 62%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 78%. There were 5 adverse reactions in the control group, accounting for 10% of the total number. There were 2 adverse reactions in the observation group, accounting for 4% of the total number. Conclusion: As for the two major clinical trial evaluation indicators, the observation group patients’ treatment effect was better than that of the contrast group, the observation group patients adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. This showed that the combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach disharmony type had good clinical effect and it should be promoted in the clinical application.
