自拟中药方剂“关节舒散”治疗类风湿关节炎90例疗效观察及分析

The clinical effect observation and analysis of self-made Guanjieshu Powder in treating rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察并分析对类风湿关节炎行以自拟中药方剂"关节舒散"治疗的临床效果。方法:择取2017年1月-2018年6月我院收治的90例类风湿关节炎患者,随机将所选患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组45例患者行以雷公藤多苷片治疗,研究组45例患者行以自拟中药方剂"关节舒散"治疗,对两组临床效果进行分析和比较。结果:研究组中医证候总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组关节疼痛评分、关节压痛程度、关节肿胀程度、功能障碍程度均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对类风湿关节炎行以自拟中药方剂"关节舒散"治疗的临床效果显著,可以改善临床患者临床症状,具有显著临床价值。

Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of self-made Guanjieshu Powder(自拟中药方剂"关节舒散"in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 90 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. 45 patients in the control group were treated with Tripterygium wilfordii tablets, and 45 patients in the study group were treated with self-made Guanjieshu Powder. The clinical effects of the two groups and the results were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After the treatment, the joint pain score, the degree of joint pressure pain, the degree of joint swelling and the degree of dysfunction were obviously superior to those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of the treatmentof rheumatoid arthritis with self-made Guanjieshu Powder(自拟中药方剂"关节舒散") was significant, and it could relieve the clinical symptoms and was of significant clinical value.
