乳清蛋白对铜离子活化铁闪锌矿的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 铜离子活化的锌矿物易浮难抑,导致铜锌共生硫化矿浮选分离成为选矿领域的一个难题,添加络合剂是抑制铜离子对锌矿物活化的有效手段。以乳清蛋白作为铜离子络合剂,考察其对铜离子活化铁闪锌矿及阻止铜离子活化铁闪锌矿的抑制效果,并用X射线光电子能谱、红外光谱及动电位分析相关机理。浮选试验结果表明,加入乳清蛋白后被铜离子活化铁闪锌矿的回收率由44.69%降到了2.56%。X射线光电子能谱和红外光谱等检测结果表明,乳清蛋白在碱性矿浆条件下分解成氨基酸,形成典型的弱场强配体,并通过络合作用与矿浆中的铜离子紧密结合。同时,乳清蛋白会以化学吸附的方式覆盖在铁闪锌矿表面,阻碍铁闪锌矿表面的硫离子与铜离子氧化还原反应的进行,从而防止铜离子活化铁闪锌矿。 The copper-zinc symbiotic sulfide ores are difficult to separate due to the inadvertent activation of zinc minerals by copper ions,and the addition of complexing agent is an effective method to inhibit the activated zinc minerals.The whey protein was used as a copper ion complexing agent to investigate the inhibitory effect of copper ion-activated marmatite and the inhibition of copper ion-activated marmatite.The related mechanisms were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),and zeta potential.The flotation test results showed that the recovery of copper-activated marmatite decreased from 44.69% to 2.56% after adding whey protein.The results of zeta potential,XPS and FTIR showed that whey protein were decomposed into amino acids under alkaline pulp conditions,forming a typical weak-field-strength ligand,and closely combined with copper ions in the pulp through complexation.At the same time,the whey protein can be chemically adsorbed on the surface of marmatite,hindering the oxidation and reduction of sulfur ions on the surface of marmatite with copper ions,thus preventing copper ions from activating marmatite.
