摘要
目的探讨蒿芩清胆汤治疗肺炎发热湿热内郁证的临床效果.方法选自2017年8月—2018年12月期间在该院接受治疗的72例肺炎发热湿热内郁证患者作为重点研究对象,根据治疗不同方式划分为参照组(常规治疗)及治疗组(蒿芩清胆汤治疗),且每组等分为36例,对所有患者治疗后的临床效果进行观察与比对,并予以总结.结果治疗组治疗前的发热时间较参照组相比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.628,P>0.05);治疗后,则显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.965,P<0.05);治疗组经治疗3 d后发热总有效率为34例(94.44%),显著优于参照组发热总有效率的26例(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(x^2=9.856,P<0.05).结论采用蒿芩清胆汤治疗肺炎发热湿热内郁证的临床效果确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,且缩短了发热周期,可作为首选用药.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Haoqi Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of pneumonia with fever, dampness and heat stagnation syndrome. Methods Seventy-two patients with pneumonia combined with fever, dampness and heat stagnation syndrome, who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018, were selected. They were divided into reference group (conventional treatment) and treatment group (Haoqin Qingdan Decoction treatment) according to different treatment methods, 36 cases in each group. The clinical effects of all patients after treatment were observed, compared, and summarized. Results There was no difference between the treatment group and the reference group in the fever time before the treatment (t=0.628, P>0.05). After treatment, the fever time was significantly better than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.965, P<0.05). The total effective rate of fever after treatment for 3 days was 34 cases(94.44%), which was significantly better than that in the reference group 26 cases(72.22%). And the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=9.856, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of pneumonia with fever, dampness and heat stagnation syndrome is effective. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and shorten the fever cycle. It can be used as the first choice.
