探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children

目的分析研究布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果.方法参与该次研究患儿共计84例,均为2016年2月—2018年4月间收治,均确诊为小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘.依据数字表法分组后比较治疗效果.对照组使用布地奈德治疗,观察组则加以使用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,各42例.对治疗效果、临床症状、体征改善情况进行比较.结果观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.6%和83.3%(x^2=4.974;P<0.05);观察组治疗后PEF为(3.51±0.47)L/s、FEV1为(3.26±0.31)L、咳嗽消失时间为(7.12±1.34)d、喘憋消失时间为(8.27±1.26)d较比对照组相关数据明显更优(tPEF=6.670、tFEV1=5.455、t咳嗽消失时间=3.906、t喘憋消失时间=5.063、P<0.05).治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应.结论布地奈德、孟鲁司特钠两种药物联合使用所得治疗效果更佳,更利于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿康复,可显著改善患儿的肺功能,临床应用效果显著.

Objective To study the effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children. Methods A total of 84 children admitted to our hospital who were diagnosed as cough variant asthma from February 2016 to April 2018 were selected. According to the digital table method, they were divided into two groups: the control group (n=42, treated with budesonide) and the observation group (n=42, treated with montelukast sodium). The therapeutic effects, clinical symptoms, and physical signs were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.6% and 83.3%(χ^2=4.974;P<0.05). In the observation group, PEF was (3.51±0.47) L/s, FEV1 was (3.26±0.31) L, cough disappearance time was (7.12±1.34) d, wheeze disappearance time was (8.27±1.26) d, which were significantly better than those of control group (tPEF=6.670, tFEV1=5.455, tcough disappearance time=3.906, tThe disappearance time=5.063, P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion The combined use of budesonide and montelukast sodium has a better therapeutic effect, which is more conducive to the rehabilitation of children with cough variant asthma. It can significantly improve the lung function of children, and has a significant clinical application effect.
