Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing management measures in high-risk pregnancy management nursing. Methods A total of 72 pregnant women in the obstetrics clinic in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. Randomized numbering was performed. The patients with odd number were included in the control group (n=36), treated with the traditional nursing management measures. The patients with even number were included in the observation group (n=36), treated with comprehensive nursing management. The SAS scores, SDS scores, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS before intervention(P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of pregnant women in study group after intervention were (40.8±1.1)points and (47.8±1.4)points, which were lower than those of control group (43.1±1.6)points,(50.3±2.2)points. The difference was statistically significant (t=7.107,5.572,5.572, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 2.78%, which was lower than that in the control group (16.67%). And the satisfaction rate was 91.67%, which was higher than that in the control group (72.22%). There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=3.956, 4.600,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in high-risk pregnancy management nursing improves the bad psychology of pregnant women, reduces the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, with high satisfaction of pregnant women. It has the value of promotion in clinical nursing.
