个性化护理方案对提高风湿病患者满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Personalized Nursing Program on Improving the Satisfaction of Patients with Rheumatism

目的探讨个性化护理方案对提高风湿病患者满意度的影响.方法选取该院2017年6月—2018年6月收治的风湿病住院患者作为此次的研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例).对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理,对比两组的护理效果.结果护理后,观察组对护理的满意度为96.7%,明显高于常规组80.0%(x2=4.5336,P<0.05);VSA得分为(2.63±0.71)分,明显低于对照组(4.03±0.88)分,(t=4.5346,P<0.05);SAS与SDS表评分为(33.43±6.26)分、(32.79±6.11)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论个性化护理方案对提高风湿病患者满意度具有积极地影响,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing program on improving the satisfaction of patients with rheumatism. Methods Patients with rheumatism admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to different nursing styles, the patients were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given individualized nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After care, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the routine group (80.0%)(χ2=4.533 6, P<0.05). The VSA score was(2.63±0.71)points, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (4.03±0.88)points (t=4.534 6, P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS were (33.43±6.26)points and (32.79±6.11)points, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The personalized nursing scheme has a positive effect on improving the patient satisfaction of the rheumatism patients, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
