舒适护理预防髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓中的价值研究

Value of Comfortable Nursing in Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after Hip Fracture

目的该文主要对舒适护理模式应用在髋部骨折患者中取得的效果展开分析.方法纳入研究的对象为2017年3月—2019年3月期间于该院收治的髋部骨折患者104例,对照组、干预组52例在治疗期间应用常规护理干预、舒适护理干预,对护理效果展开分析和对比.结果干预组护理后DVT发生率为0.0%、下肢浮肿发生率为1.92%;干预组患者应用护理后其DVT发生率、下肢浮肿发生率比对照组更低,(x^2=7.839,P<0.05;x^2=9.184,P<0.05).干预组护理后住院时间和护理满意度评分分别为(9.42±2.78)d、(97.48±1.20)分,干预组患者应用护理后其住院时间比对照组更短,其护理满意度评分比对照组更优(t=4.126,P<0.05;t=7.101,P<0.05).结论在髋部骨折术患者DVT预防中应用舒适护理模式,可保障深静脉血栓发生率、下肢浮肿率进一步降低,值得推广.

Objective This paper mainly analyzes the effect of comfortable nursing mode in patients with hip fracture. Methods The subjects included in the study were 104 patients with hip fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019. The control group and the intervention group were treated with routine nursing intervention and comfortable nursing intervention during the treatment period. The analysis and comparison of the care effect of the two groups were implemented. Results The incidence of DVT was 0.0% and the incidence of lower extremity edema was 1.92%. The incidence of DVT and lower extremity edema in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (χ^2=7.839, P<0.05;χ^2=9.184, P<0.05). The post-nursing hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction scores of the intervention group were (9.42±2.78) d and (97.48±1.20) points respectively. The patients in the intervention group were hospitalized for a shorter period of time than the control group, and their nursing satisfaction scores were lower than those of the control group(t=4.126, P<0.05;t=7.101, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing mode in the prevention of DVT in patients with hip fracture can ensure the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and lower extremity edema. It is worth promoting.
