摘要
“以人为本”的高教管理理念符合新时代中国特色社会主义教育需求,应坚持科学的管理原则,提高人才培养质量,达到“以人为本”的高教管理目标。本文首先对“以人为本”高教管理的含义进行分析,其次探索高教管理“以人为本”理念应用存在的问题,并找到“以人为本”理念下高教管理的发展策略,以提升高教管理水平,更好适应新时期社会人才培养要求。
The "people-oriented" higher education management concept meets the needs of socialism with Chinese characteristics education in the new era,adheres to the scientific management principle,improves the quality of personnel training,and achieves the "people-oriented" higher education management goal.This paper first analyzes the meaning of "people-oriented" higher education management,then explores the problems existing in the application of "people-oriented" concept in higher education management,and finds out the development strategy of higher education management under the "people-oriented" concept,so as to improve the level of higher education management and better adapt to the requirements of social talent cultivation in the new era.
