The Necessity and Significance of Improving Teachers’ Ability in Applied Private Universities

文章首先从民办高校教师能力提高的必要性阐述教师作为传道、授业、解惑的主体关于自身素养提升的重要性;其次探讨了教师能力与教学效率之间的关系;最后从教师能力提高对在校学生以及所在学校的意义出发,以期探索到高校教师在当下中国高校教育进程中所处的历史际遇与对人才培养的重要意义。

This paper first expounds the importance of teachers as the main body of preaching,teaching and solving puzzles on their own literacy,then discusses the relationship between teachers' ability and teaching efficiency,and finally proceeds from the significance of teachers' ability improvement to the students in schools and their schools.It has a glimpse of the historic situation of university teachers in the current process of higher education in China and the important significance of personnel training.
