How the Village Task Force Really Helps Out,Fuzhenpin——Take the work of the Nanyong Village Task Force in Nankang Village,Ximeng Count 2017 as an Example

经过几年的磨炼和实践,驻村工作队员成为参与、帮助贫困地区开展脱贫攻坚的主力军和生力军。本文结合工作队员驻村西盟县南亢村实际开展脱贫攻坚工作的经验,就驻村工作队员如何树立理想信念、强化本领学习、建功田间地头,真扶贫到位到家,扶真贫对标对表提出意见建议。

After several years of tempering and practice,the rural poverty alleviation team have become the main force and new force to participate in and help poverty-stricken areas to carry out poverty alleviation.Based on the practical experience of the team members in Nankang Village,Ximeng County,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to help the poor build ideals and beliefs,strengthen the ability to learning skill and make contributions in rural areas,ensure that the poverty alleviation work is carried out in accordance with standards and achieves actual results.
