摘要 目的:探讨Mini-CEX测评工具在中医学专业型硕士研究生急诊住院医师规范化培训中的可行性和有效性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月在我院急诊科轮转的60名中医学专业型硕士研究生,入科前后在拟定好的时间段内进行Mini-CEX评价量表考核并进行问卷调查,比较学生量表情况。结果:经比较,各项医疗面谈技能、体格检查技能等能力较前均有所提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);且学生认可度较高。结论:通过Mini-CEX方式,可弥补传统临床考核的不足,增进学生学习积极性,提升学生应对急诊各项疾病的综合能力。 Objective:To explore Mini-CEX in the standardized training of postgraduate emergency doctors in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:A total of 60 professional master's degree students of traditional Chinese medicine rotating in the emergency department of our hospital from 2018-01 to 2019-12 were selected. Before and after admission,a Mini-CEX evaluation scale was conducted and a questionnaire was conducted to compare the students' scales. Results:By comparison, the skills of medical interview and physical examination were all improved (P<0.01). And students have a high degree of recognition. Conclusion:The Mini-CEX method can make up for the deficiency of traditional clinical assessment, enhance students' learning enthusiasm and improve their comprehensive ability to deal with various diseases in emergency department.
