摘要
该教学模式将职业素养和职业能力高度融合,基于行动导向,解决了传统教育重知识、轻能力的问题,促进学生全面、可持续发展,使其能够适应职业岗位能力的要求。在实施中尝试理论改革,通过实证研究验证并提升理论,极具实践意义。
This teaching mode combines vocational accomplishment with vocational ability,and solves the problem that traditional education attaches importance to knowledge but neglects ability based on action orientation,so as to promote students'comprehensive and sustainable development and make them adapt to the requirements of vocational post ability.In the process of implementation,we try to reform the theory,verify and enhance the theory and practical significance through empirical research.
