以护士执业资格考试为契机调整高职内科护理学教学策略 被引量:1

摘要 为适应护士执业资格考试的变化,我校对内科护理学的教学策略进行了调整。将教学大纲和授课计划依据护士执业资格考试内容而定;落实集体备课、共建网络课程平台、实现资源共享;将真题融入课堂、使用灵活多样的教学方法与手段以及使学生提前熟悉护考新模式,从而提高内科护理学的教学质量,提高护士执业资格考试的通过率。 In order to adapt to the change of the nurse's qualification examination,the teaching strategy of internal medicine nursing was adjusted.The syllabus and teaching plan were decided according to the content of the nurse's qualification examination.Implement collective lesson preparation,jointly build online course platform,and realize resource sharing;Integrate the real questions into the classroom,use flexible and diversified teaching methods and means, and make students familiar with the new mode of nursing examination in advance,so as to improve the teaching quality of medical nursing,and improve the passing rate of nurse qualification examination.
