摘要
微电子模拟领域课程群主要包括模拟/射频/混合信号集成电路设计、模拟集成电路版图设计、模拟EDA设计等数门专业课程,是设计方向课程中的核心部分。本文基于CDIO教学模式,对现有课程群存在的问题进行分析,从教学、项目制内容等方面进行研究。旨在以项目制为中心的模拟课程群中,激发学生主观能动性,加强理论与实践之间的联系,最终提高学生分析、查找、解决工程问题的综合能力。
The analog curriculum group of microelectronic mainly includes several specialized courses,such as analog/radio frequency/mixed-signal integrated circuit design,analog integrated circuit layout design,analog EDA design,etc,which are the core part of integrated circuit design courses.Based on the CDIO teaching mode,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current curriculum group,and studies the teaching,project-based content and other aspects.The purpose is to stimulate students' subjective initiative,strengthen the relationship between theory and practice, and ultimately improve students' comprehensive quality of analyzing,finding and solving engineering problems.
