摘要
目的探析集中护理管理在骨折手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月-2018年4月于该院实施手术的86例骨折患者,采用抽签分组法将其分为两组,各43例。研究组采用集中护理管理模式,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者心理情绪变化情况。结果干预后,研究组焦虑抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中护理管理模式可改善骨折手术患者负性心理情绪,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of centralized nursing management in patients with fracture surgery.Methods 86 patients with fractures who underwent surgery from January 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups, 43 cases each. The study group adopted a centralized nursing management model, and the control group used routine nursing to compare the changes in psychological emotions between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The centralized nursing management model can improve the negative psychological emotion of patients with fracture surgery, which is worthy of popularization and application.
