摘要 在当今社会中就业压力不断增大,医学生也面对着同样的"就业难"的现状。该文着手于当今社会热点话题进行探析。通过采用了问卷调查的方式,调查了齐齐哈尔医学院大一新生自我认知能力和职业生涯规划的现状。通过从自我认知能力、职业认知度、人际交往能力、学习态度、就业现状的认知、医德责任感等6个角度进行分析研究,主要在提高自我认知方面进行问题探讨,并对结合现状从学校和社会的层面进行具体对策。目的是改变就业现状,为医学生挖掘更好的创造潜能。 In today’s society, employment pressure is increasing, and medical students are facing the same "difficult employment" status. This article begins to explore the hot topics in today’s society. Through the use of questionnaires, the status of self-cognitive ability and career planning of freshmen in Qiqihar Medical College was investigated. Through the analysis of self-cognitive ability, professional cognition, interpersonal skills, learning attitude, employment status cognition,medical ethics and other six perspectives, the main problems are to explore self-cognition and to integrate the status quo.Specific countermeasures are taken from the school and social levels. The aim is to change the status quo of employment and to create better potential for medical students.
