揭阳市2016—2017年度医院放射工作人员个人剂量检测结果分析

Analysis of Personal Dose Test Results of Hospital Radiation Workers in Jieyang City from 2016 to 2017

目的回顾分析揭阳市2016-2017年度医院放射工作人员的个人剂量水平和分布,比较不同年度、不同级别医院受照剂量差异,分析个人异常剂量异常值分布原因。方法于揭阳市卫生检验中心采用GBZ128-2016检测方法对揭阳市各医院放射工作人员每季度进行1次个人剂量监测,收集检测结果报告,进行数据统计分析。结果 2016年放射工作人员人年均剂量当量为0.64 m Sv,2017年度放射工作人员人年均剂量当量为0.66 mSv,均远低于国家标准限值。县级医院及乡镇卫生院的放射诊疗工作人员的人年均剂量当量高于市级医院。剂量计放置于放射工作场所是导致剂量值异常的主要原因。结论揭阳市2016-2017年度放射工作人员人年均剂量低于GB18871-2016规定的放射性职业照射剂量限值。连续两年市级医院的人均年剂量当量值最低,需要对县级与乡镇级医院采取更有效的防护措施,加强防护培训,确保放射工作人员职业健康安全。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the personal dose level and distribution of hospital radiation workers in Jieyang City from 2016 to 2017, compare the exposure doses of hospitals in different years and different levels, and analyze the distribution of abnormal doses of abnormal doses. Methods The Jieyang City Health Inspection Center used the GBZ128-2016 test method to conduct a personal dose monitoring for each quarter of the radiation workers in Jieyang City,collecting test results reports and conducting statistical analysis. Results In 2016, the annual average dose equivalent of radiation workers was 0.64 mSv, and the annual average dose equivalent of radiation workers in 2017 was 0.66 mSv, which was far below the national standard limit. The average annual dose equivalent of the radiation diagnosis and treatment staff of county-level hospitals and township hospitals is higher than that of municipal hospitals. Placement of the dosimeter in the radiation workplace is the main cause of abnormal dose values. Conclusion The annual average dose of radiation workers in Jieyang City from 2016 to 2017 is lower than the radioactive occupational exposure dose limit specified in GB18871-2016. For the second consecutive year, municipal hospitals have the lowest per capita annual dose equivalent value. It is necessary to take more effective protective measures for county-level and township-level hospitals, strengthen protective training, and ensure the occupational health and safety of radiation workers.
