盐酸氨溴索结合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎效果观察

Observation of effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的:观察盐酸氨溴索结合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法:随机选取2016年8月至2018年8月本院小儿肺炎患儿60例,随机分为两组:一组为常规治疗组(30例),一组为在常规治疗基础上使用盐酸氨溴索结合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗的结合治疗组30例,统计分析两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:结合治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率93.3%(28/30)显著高于常规治疗组73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05),咳嗽消失时间显著短于常规治疗组(P<0.05),发热消失时间显著短于常规治疗组(P<0.05),肺部哮鸣音消失时间显著短于常规治疗组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率6.7%(2/30)显著低于常规治疗组23.3%(7/30)(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索结合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎效果好。

Objective:To observe the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods:60 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups:a group of conventional treatment group(30 cases),a group of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride treatment based on conventional treatment group(combined treatment group,30 cases),the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms disappearance time,adverse reactions of the two groups of children were statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the combined treatment group 93.3%(28/30)was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group 73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time,fever disappearance time and lung wheezing disappearance time were significantly shorter than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.7%(2/30)was significantly lower than the conventional treatment group 23.3%(7/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.
