青少年近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Orthokeratology Lens in Adolescent Myopia Patients

目的:分析角膜塑形镜对青少年近视眼视力、眼压及生物测量参数的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月在本院就诊的需佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗的青少年近视患者80例,比较戴镜前后的视力、屈光度、眼压、眼轴长度、角膜地形图参数(SF、CIM、K1值、K2值)、角膜厚度、前房深度。结果:患者戴镜1周及1、3、6个月的裸眼视力均高于戴镜前,屈光度、眼压均低于戴镜前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者戴镜1、3、6个月的角膜厚度、SF、K1值(3、5 mm)、K2值(3 mm)均低于戴镜前,CIM、K2值(7 mm)均高于戴镜前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);戴镜半年内共出现轻度并发症16例,经对症处理后降低为5例,处理前后发生例数比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.63,P=0.01)。结论:角膜塑形镜可降低近视度数,提高裸眼视力,对青少年近视控制效果明显,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effects of orthokeratology lens on visual acuity,intraocular pressure and biometric parameters of adolescent myopia patients.Method:A total of 80 adolescent myopia patients who need to wear orthokeratology lens in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The visual acuity,diopter,intraocular pressure,axial length,corneal topographic parameters(SF,CIM,K1,K2),corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth before and after wearing glasses were compared.Result:Wearing glasses for 1 week and 1,3,6 months,the naked visual acuity of patients were higher than those of before wearing glasses,and the diopter and intraocular pressure were lower than those of before wearing glasses,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Wearing glasses for 1,3 and 6 months,the corneal thickness,SF,K1(3,5 mm)and K2(3 mm)of patients were lower than those of before wearing glasses,while the CIM and K2(7 mm)were higher than those of before wearing glasses,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).16 cases of mild complications occurred within 6 months after wearing glasses,after symptomatic treatment,the complications were reduced to 5 cases,the number of cases before and after treatment was compared,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.63,P=0.01).Conclusion:Orthkeratology lens can reduce the degree of myopia,improve the naked eye vision,and control the myopia of adolescents,it is worth promoting.
