多学科协作干预在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用研究

Application of Multidisciplinary Treatment Intervention in Patients with Severe Head Injury

目的:探讨多学科协作(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)干预的个性化护理对重型颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)患者的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年7月本院收治的80例重型TBI患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组采用MDT干预的个性化护理方法,对照组予以常规护理方法,比较两组神经功能(NIHSS评分)、肢体运动功能(FMA评分)、满意度、并发症情况。结果:干预结束后,试验组NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的35.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对重型TBI患者实施MDT干预护理有利于恢复其神经功能及肢体运动功能,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)on patients with severe traumatic brain injury(TBI).Method:A total of 80 patients with severe TBI admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given individualized nursing intervention with MDT,while control group was given routine nursing.The neurological function(NIHSS score),limb motor function(FMA score),satisfaction and complications between two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the NIHSS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the FMA score was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in experimental group was 12.50%,which was lower than35.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT intervention nursing for patients with severe TBI is helpful to restore their nervous function and limb motor function,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
