围术期护理干预在电子支气管镜治疗COPD患者中的应用

Application of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Treatment of COPD Patients with Electronic Bronchoscopy

目的:探讨围术期护理干预在电子支气管镜治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年3月本院收治的COPD患者60例。按照护理方案不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理模式,研究组在常规护理基础上联合围术期护理干预。比较两组并发症、满意度、依从性及心理状态(HAMD评分)情况。结果:研究组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05);研究组满意度为100%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);研究组护理依从性为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);护理后,两组HAMD评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期护理干预在电子支气管镜治疗COPD患者中应用效果肯定,可减少患者围术期并发症,并提高患者护理满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)treated by electronic bronchoscopy.Method:A total of 60 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected.According to different nursing schemes,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,while study group was treated with perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The complications,satisfaction,compliance and psychological status(HAMD score)between two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of complications in study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of study group was 100%,which was higher than 86.67%of control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMD scores of both groups were lower than those of before nursing,and study group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention in treatment of COPD patients by electronic bronchoscopy has a positive effect,can reduce the perioperative complications of patients,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing,it is worth learning.
