湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤创面患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment in Treating Patients with Burn Wounds

目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤创面患者的临床效果以及在促进创面愈合、缓解疼痛方面的效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年12月就诊于本院门诊的烧伤患者60例。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组给予创面涂抹湿润烧伤膏暴露治疗,对照组给予创面涂抹聚维酮碘乳膏包扎治疗。比较两组疗效、创面愈合时间、创面感染率、创面愈合率、疼痛情况(NRS评分)、生活质量评分。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(χ^2=4.71,P=0.03);研究组创面愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组创面感染率为6.67%,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05);治疗第7、14、21天,两组创面愈合率均随着时间的推移显著提高,且研究组创面愈合率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组NRS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏可以显著提高烧伤患者的治疗总有效率,提高创面愈合率并缩短创面愈合时间,同时显著缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment in treating burn wounds and its effect in promoting wound healing and relieving pain.Method:A total of 60 burn patients in the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment and control group was treated with Povidone Iodine Cream.The curative effect,wound healing time,wound infection rate,wound healing rate,pain(NRS score)and quality of life score between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of control group(χ^2=4.71,P=0.03).The wound healing time in study group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The wound infection rate in study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 33.33%of control group(P<0.05).On the 7 th,14 th and 21 st day of treatment,the wound healing rate of two groups increased significantly with time,and the wound healing rate of study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of study group was lower than that of control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moist Exposed Burn Ointment can significantly improve the total effective rate of burn patients,improve the wound healing rate and shorten the wound healing time,at the same time significantly alleviate pain and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
