手术室护理干预对开放性四肢骨折手术切口感染的影响

Clinical Study on Surgical Incision Infection of Open Limb Fracture by Operating Room Nursing Intervention

目的:探讨开放性四肢骨折患者实施手术室护理干预对其切口感染的影响。方法:将2017年6月-2018年6月本院收治的开放性四肢骨折患者60例进行分组研究,对照组30例行常规护理,观察组30例行手术室护理干预,对切口愈合情况,护理前后SAS评分、SDS评分,手术时间,切口愈合时间,出院时间,护理满意度,护理前后生活质量评分及感染发生率进行分析。结果:观察组切口愈合情况、护理满意度及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,SAS评分、SDS评分、手术时间、切口愈合时间、出院时间及感染发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开放性四肢骨折患者实施手术室护理干预效果较好,可有效降低切口感染发生率,促进切口愈合,在改善不良情绪的同时还可提高患者满意度与生活质量评分,缩短手术时间与住院时间。

Objective:To explore the influence of operating room nursing intervention on incision infection in patients with open limb fracture surgery.Method:From June 2017 to June 2018,60 patients with open limb fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given operating room nursing intervention.The healing of the incision,SAS scores and SDS scores before and after nursing,operation time,incision healing time,discharge time,satisfaction with nursing care,nursing before and after the quality of life score and incidence of infection of two groups were analyzed.Result:Scores of wound healing,nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,while SAS score,SDS score,operation time,wound healing time,discharge time and infection rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing intervention for patients with open limb fracture surgery has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of incision infection,promote wound healing,improve patients’ satisfaction and quality of life scores,and shorten the time of surgery and hospitalization while improving bad emotions.
