摘要
针对目前金属橡胶电流烧结时建立的电参数模型只考虑电阻效应,而忽略电感效应的不足,根据金属橡胶内部组织结构的特点,建立了空间电路拓扑结构模型;根据电容放电试验电流波形进行等效电阻、等效电感参数计算,对多次试验样本数据进行曲线拟合,得到了金属橡胶阻感参数随压力变化的数学回归方程。最后通过电容宽脉冲放电烧结试验验证了金属橡胶阻感数学模型的正确性。
The electric parameter model based on the current sintering of metal rubber is only considered the resistance effect,and the inductance effect is ignored in current study.According to the characteristics of the internal structure of metal rubber,the topology model of the space circuit is established.The equivalent resistance value and equivalent inductance value are calculated according to the current waveform in capacitance discharge test.The curve fitting is performed for the data of multiple test samples,and the mathematical regression equation of the metal rubber's resistance一inductance parameters with the pressure change is obtained.Finally,the correctness of the mathematical model is verified through the experiment of capactive width pulse discharge sintering.
