Research on Test Evaluation of Synchronous Planning Army Equipment

基于陆军装备试验鉴定工作的现状,结合试验鉴定模式转型需求,提出陆军装备同步筹划试验鉴定的思想。系统阐述同步筹划试验鉴定的基本内涵、工作模式和运行机制,深入分析实施同步筹划所需要解决的问题,提出同步筹划试验鉴定的工作规划,为陆军新型试验鉴定体系构建提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Synchronous planning of test evaluation is put forward based on present situation of army equipment and requirements of test evaluation mode transformation.The basic connotation,work mode and operation mechanism of the synchronous planning of test evaluation are systematically expounded,and the problems needed to be solved in the implementation in synchronous planning are deeply analyzed.Work plan for the test evaluation of synchronous planning is proposed.Reference can be provided for the construction of new test evaluation system.
