Analysis for the Characteristics of OECD Projects in Education

经济合作与发展组织(OECD)是对世界教育产生重大影响的政府间国际组织。本文梳理了OECD教育工作的组织结构与运作机制,总结出以下特点:强调教育的人力资源价值,注重数据的收集与使用,着眼于教育变革,关注成员国尤其是大国的需求,不断提升工作效能,重视横向协同,积极参与全球教育治理。

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is one of the international government organizations with great impact for the education in the world. The paper presents the organizational structure and operation mechanism of OECD in the field. It also analyses the following characteristics of OECD in the field of education: emphasis for the value of human-resource in education, attention to the collection and application of data and evidence, with the aim of reform and development, with the effort to satisfy the demand of member countries, especially the strong countries, continuous promotion of effectiveness, cooperation and collaboration within and beyond the education field, and active participation in the global education governance. This will be valuable for the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness for the further cooperation between China and OECD.
